At Status Anxiety, we are dedicated to sustainability. We choose to source our leather from tanneries that adhere to the responsible practices set by the Leather Working Group (LWG), where ethical operations are a top priority.
With LWG certification, we ensure our leather is produced with

INDEPENDENT CERTIFICATION
At Status Anxiety, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical and environmental practices across our supply chain. We work closely with small, family-owned factories, nurturing relationships that prioritise craftsmanship and quality. To ensure these standards are consistently met, we request annual audits (SMETA, BSCI, and QMIA) by third-party agencies, focusing on the following key areas:

In our ongoing journey toward sustainability, we’ve made significant strides in reducing our plastic footprint. Over the past year, we have transitioned to using 100% recyclable satchels and boxes for all shipments, ensuring that our packaging is both eco-friendly and functional.
In addition, we are actively phasing out individual plastic poly bags. To replace them, we’re adopting more sustainable options like thicker, recyclable cartons and reusable canvas dust bags, which provide durable protection for your items without the need for excess plastic.
At our Sydney warehouse, recycling is a top priority. We are committed to eliminating single-use plastic from our packaging entirely by the end of 2026. This ambitious goal is part of our broader vision to reduce waste and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable planet.
