Refunds & Exchanges
You can return your purchase for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date (but who's counting!) direct to our store in New York for a refund or exchange.
Returns
We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind. Please just make sure your item is still in new condition with it's original packaging in place. We'll refund the cold hard cash via your original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item being received (probably even sooner).
Exchanges
It's no stress to exchange something! Just send the item you want to swap back direct to our New York store (you will just need to cover the cost of shipping) and we'll arrange the new item to be sent out to you (we'll cover the cost of shipping for that one).
If there's a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we can refund the difference via your original payment method OR store credit.
Recycling with Upparel

Online:
1. Ship your pre-loved Status Anxiety item to:

2. Once it’s shipped, email your tracking details to contact@statusanxiety.com
3. After we receive your item, we’ll ensure it’s responsibly recycled through Upparel and send you a $50 voucher for your next purchase as a thank you
In-store
1. Drop off your used Status Anxiety item at any of our store locations.
2. We’ll handle the recycling with Upparel, and you’ll receive a $50 voucher for your next in-store or online purchase.
Shipping Fees
We offer a full refund on orders for 60 days from purchase however please note that any shipping fees you've paid aren’t refundable i.e shipping costs incurred on the original order (if it wasn't free shipping), as well as the shipping cost to return it for a refund.
For our sunglasses, footwear and apparel range we know it's a little more difficult to find the right fit, so we will provide a free return shipping label via our portal for these items. Just click get started and if you happen to run into any issues please email contact@statusanxiety.com. We will be able to send you a label if our portal can't! -
