A long lunch with Daisy Hill

-
We gathered with friends, old and new on Bundjalung Country to celebrate the
launch of our limited edition collab bag with First Nations artist Daisy Hill.

---
We were welcomed to Country by Ngurungaeta Brown and heard from Daisy about her creative journey and the artwork that inspired the “A Time To Gather'' piece.  Daisy shared her story and the challenges of presenting as a white Indigenous woman, the importance of remaining connected to her culture and continuing to learn from the oldest culture on earth.

---
Our guests included brand owners, speakers, writers, models, content creators and Project Manager Rachel McDonald from Children’s Ground.  Rachel shared with us a bit about the amazing work that Children's Ground are doing to keep First Nations children learning their language and culture and remaining on country.

---
The afternoon was one to remember, filled with genuine conversation, learning and a few laughs. It’s always such a refreshing time, to get share a long lunch with a bunch of creative, kind and generally awesome people. Cocktails and goodie boxes never hurt either.

-
Daisy’s art is such a part of her story and heart, this collab invites you to enjoy it as part of a bag and scarf you carry on your journey.  We hope you managed to get your hands on one of these limited edition pieces. 100% of profits from the sales of the 'A Time To Gather’ collab bag go to Children's Ground.
